Terms & Conditions
The general terms that apply when you engage Experienceuiux for UI/UX design services.
Introduction
These Terms & Conditions apply to the use of the experienceuiux.com website and to design services provided by Experienceuiux ("we", "us", "the studio"). By using this site or engaging our services, you accept these terms. Where a written proposal or agreement applies to your project, its terms take precedence where they differ.
Scope of Services
Experienceuiux provides UI/UX design services including website and mobile app interface design, landing page design, SaaS dashboard design, UX research, wireframing, prototyping, design system creation, redesign and UX audits, and e-commerce interface design. The exact scope for each engagement is defined in the project proposal agreed with the client.
Project Quotes and Pricing
All prices shown on this website are listed in Australian dollars (AUD) and are starting guides for standard projects only, unless otherwise agreed in writing. The final cost of a project is determined individually once the brief, screen count, functional complexity and client requirements have been agreed.
Payment Terms
Payment terms — including any deposit, milestone or final payment — are set out in the project proposal. Work commences once the agreed initial payment conditions are met. Final design files are delivered after the agreed payment terms have been fulfilled.
Project Timelines
Estimated timeframes published on this site are indicative only. A confirmed schedule is provided in each proposal and depends on timely client feedback, content delivery and the agreed scope. Delays in providing required materials or approvals may extend delivery dates.
Revisions and Changes
Each proposal states the number of revision rounds included. Requests beyond the agreed number, or changes that expand the original scope, are quoted separately as additional work and are only undertaken after written approval.
Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate briefs, content, assets and timely feedback.
- Ensure you have rights to any materials you supply to us.
- Review and approve deliverables at agreed checkpoints.
- Meet payment obligations as set out in the proposal.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, ownership of final approved deliverables transfers to the client once full payment has been received. We retain the right to reference non-confidential work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to. Pre-existing tools, frameworks and reusable components remain our property, licensed to you for use in the delivered project.
Cancellation and Refunds
Either party may end an engagement by written notice as described in the proposal. Work completed up to the cancellation date is payable. Amounts already paid for delivered work are not refundable; any refund of prepaid amounts for undelivered work will be handled fairly and promptly.
Limitation of Liability
We provide design services with professional care, but we do not guarantee specific business outcomes such as sales, rankings or conversion rates. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid for the relevant services, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
Third-Party Tools
Projects may involve third-party tools, fonts, plugins or platforms. Where used, these remain subject to their own licences and terms, and we cannot guarantee the ongoing availability or compatibility of third-party services.
